We are proud to say that we have many long standing contracts to maintain the properties of companies such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Mutual and Federal,Etchells and Young property management and many more. This service ranges from a loose

door handle to a collapsed roof or damaged boundary walls as well as general preventative maintenance. We deal daily with a range of problems such as leaking water pipes or faulty geysers or damp problems.

We mostly work on contract basis with recurring work but we are more than willing to do a once off call out or repair or any sort of preventative maintenance.

General callouts start from R 450 ex vat and R 275p/hour after that. Should we not be able to repair on site the problem will be isolated and a quote generated for the repairs.
